A: Yes, coolers are limited to 12"x12" and will be searched at all Admission Gates. No Glass containers!! Plastic bags, fanny packs and backpacks, scanner bags, camera bags, purses and diaper bags are also permitted and will be searched at all Admission Gates.

A: Yes, tickets are available and can be purchased by either calling our Ticket Office at 1-800-RACEWAY or online at www.poconoraceway.com.
Q: Can I purchase Garage Passes?
A: Garage Passes are not available to the General Public. Pocono Raceway does have available Pre-Race Pit/Paddock Passes.
Q: Should I bring my children to the races?
A: Yes, children 12 and under are free on Friday and Saturday in all General Admissions Grandstand seats, with a adult holding a General Admission Ticket for that day. All children, regardless of age, require a reserved seat ticket for all seating locations on Sunday.
Q: Where is Will Call located?
A: Will Call is located at the Main Ticket Office on Monday through Saturday of Race week. On Sunday (race day), Will Call is at Gate 8 Ticket Booth located behind the Grandstands.

A: NOTHING! All raceway parking areas are free. Overnight parking is not allowed in any Raceway Parking area.

A: The Disabled Parking Area is located behind the Grandstands. Disabled Parking Attendants & Signs will direct you to the designated area if you are displaying valid placard or license plate.

Q: Where do I pick up my credentials?
A: The Pocono credential office is loacted in the Main Office complex on Long Pond Road, NASCAR and ARCA credential pick up offices are located on Long Pond Road at Gate 3. Pocono Raceway Credentials can be picked up Thursday thru Saturday, NASCAR Credential Trailer Friday- Sunday, ARCA Thursday-Saturday.

A: Fax or mail a letter informing us of your new address. Please include your name, old address, new address, account # (if available) and please, include your signature. You may also access your account through the Account Manager and update all your personal information. .
Q: I will be in the area and would like to visit Pocono Raceway; do you offer tours of the track?
A: Yes, we offer FREE tours of the Raceway 6 days a week from 10 am to 3:30 pm from Mid-April through late October (except race weeks). Tours can be arranged prior to your visit by calling our Fan Store at 570-643-0273

A: Pets are not permitted in the infield, however, pets are allowed in the Grandstand RV camping area. Please call 1-800-RACEWAY for more detailed information.
