WEATHER UPDATE: This ongoing storm has just shifted for the worse.
We know you’re probably driving out now. We are so sorry that we have to change the date, but the venue is completely soaked. You deserve the best experience possible and this weekend hinges on the weather and your safety.
We have procured a new weekend date for both today and tomorrow’s festival.
Tickets for Saturday the 8th: reschedule date is Saturday the 22nd.
Tickets for Sunday the 9th: reschedule date is Sunday the 23rd.

We had tickets for the Lantern Fest for Sept 9th which is now rescheduled to Sept 23rd. is there any way to buy another ticket for the 23rd?

I purchased tickets to attend last year and they postponed my date to a different year. I still have not been able to attend. Will there be a refund or will I be able to go to the event this 2019?
Magdiel – Thanks for reaching out to us. This event was operated by Lantern Fest. It was not an event Pocono Raceway sold or issued tickets for. We were the host site whereas Lantern Fest rented the facility for their usage for their event. The new event is under the management of a new company called Night Light. I’m in the same situation as Magdiel solid. I have been trying to reach out via email and phone number for the past 5 months and there’s no response. This is our money and we should be refunded

I’m in the same situation as everyone else. I’ve purchased tickets and since it was postpone I was unable to assist the even on the new date. I’ve tried emailing lantern fest and even tried their Facebook account with no response. I would like a refund or new tickets since I paid for 3 tickets.

I am on the same boat as everyone else I purchase tickets for my daughter but no one is replying it was money that we spend and never got refunded because they said wait until the 2019 season and now no one is replying back to us and it is not fair.
Veronica – Pocono Raceway was merely the host site for this event, which was run and operated by the Lantern Festival. We did not handle any ticket sales for this event and therefore, we do not have the ability to provide refunds or tickets. The 2019 event is being run by a company called Night Lights. I purchased tickets for last year’s. We couldn’t go to the postponed date. You said we could contact you this year and you would tell us the new date and we could use last year’s tickets. We don’t see any date for this year posted. After paying a hotel and then it being canceled last minute, last year was disappointing due to weather. When is it this year? What’s the update?
