Renewal Timeslot Note: Due to high demand, all customers are assigned a renewal timeslot for convenience and efficiency. Timeslots were assigned based on seniority. For maximum expediency we encourage everyone to take advantage of their assigned timeslot. Renewing outside your assigned timeslot may take some additional time as you will likely be placed in a waiting room until time and space become available. Rest assured, however, your tickets are secured until the renewal deadline of October 1, 2024.

What are renewals?
Renewals is the process in which you can purchase your same seats for our 2025 NASCAR Cup Series Race. There are various benefits to renew such as saving 20% on select tickets, a relocation request option, and a 4-payment plan.
Account Login Information
How do I login to my account to renew?
Login to your Pocono Raceway Online account Here. Please use your E-Mail and your password to login. If you forgot your password please click the ‘Forgot Password’ Option and follow the prompts.
I was a first-time customer in 2024, Where do I find my account information?
Please refer to the Renewal E-Mail that will be sent prior to our renewal period on July 28, 2024 or contact our ticket office at 1-800-722-3929. This is the E-Mail address that is associated with your ticket account.
I do not remember my E-Mail, and/ or Password, what do I do?
Please refer to the Renewal E-Mail that will be sent prior to our renewal period on July 28, 2024. That E-Mail address that you received the E-Mail at is the E-Mail address that is attached to your Pocono Raceway Account. Please select ‘Forgot Password’ on the account login page.
I did not receive a renewal E-Mail, what do I do?
Please contact our ticket office at 1-800-722-3929 weekdays, from 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM EST. You may also contact the ticket office via E-mail at tickets@poconoraceway.com
When I log into my account I see I am unable to renew until a certain time, what does this mean?
Due to high demand, all customers are assigned a renewal timeslot as to when your grandstand ticket renewal will be open. This timeslot is determined based on account seniority. Once your timeslot opens you will be able to then complete your renewal. Your tickets will be held in your account until the renewal deadline of October 1, 2024.

When is NASCAR Weekend in 2025?
Our 2025 date will be announced in coordination with the release of the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series Schedule.
What happens if I renew my tickets and can not make the date when it is announced?
Please contact our ticket office at 1-800-722-3929 or tickets@poconoraceway.com.
Am I eligible to take part in the renewal process?
If you purchased tickets or camping directly from poconoraceway.com or our ticket office for our 2024 NASCAR Race Weekend you are eligible to renew for 2024.
I placed a $50 deposit a few weeks ago, do I still need to complete the renewal process?
Yes. Since you were placed a deposit our ticket office will reach out to you directly to complete your renewal. This will take place early on in the renewal process. If you are ready to renew today, please E-Mail us at tickets@poconoraceway.com and a representative will reach out to you to complete your renewal
I bought tickets from a third-party site (Stubhub, groupon, ebay, etc.) Am I eligible to renew?
No. Only tickets purchased directly from poconoraceway.com or our ticket office are eligible.
I bought tickets at the gate am I eligible to renew these seats?
No. Tickets purchased at the gate would not be eligible for renewal. Select tickets will go on sale on July 29, 2024. Note: additional tickets may be available once the renewal process is complete. If you purchase tickets during this “pre-sale” period, upgrades and relocations may be possible by contacting our ticket office at 1-800-722-3929 following the completion of the renewal period.
I did not purchase tickets in 2024, are they on sale for 2025?
Select tickets will go on sale on July 29, 2024. Note: additional tickets may be available once the renewal process is complete. If you purchase tickets during this “pre-sale” period, upgrades and relocations may be possible by contacting our ticket office at 1-800-722-3929 following the completion of the renewal period.
When is the renewal deadline?
October 1, 2024
What happens if I do not renew prior to the deadline?
You will be no longer eligible to receive the 20% discount on your 2025 ticket purchase as well as not be guaranteed those same seats and/or camping spot.
Will paper invoices be mailed out?
No. All renewal communications will be sent to the E-Mail address that we have on file for your ticket account. If you did not receive your renewal E-mail or need to update your account information please call our ticket office at 1-800-722-3929.
Will you accept payment by check?
Yes. Please contact our ticket office at 1-800-722-3929 if you would like to pay by check.
Are Kids 12 & Under still free in 2024?
Yes. Kids, ages 12 and under, camp for free and receive free admission to the 100 and 200 Level of the Grandstand for our NASCAR Race Weekend in 2024. For each adult ticket purchase, four (4) FREE kids tickets may be added during the ticket renewal process.
Do you have a ticket guarantee policy?
Pocono Raceway offers the Worry-Free Weather Guarantee. If inclement weather postpones a NASCAR Cup Series race date and the ticket account holder is unable to attend the rescheduled date, Pocono Raceway will send a check for the face value of those tickets directly to the ticket account holder. When will tickets be e-mailed or delivered on mobile?
Tickets will be delivered based on your selected delivery method in the Spring of 2025.
SPecial Note
General Admission Infield RV Camping Renewal Special Note
In 2025 all infield RV spots will now be reserved. If you were a General Admission Infield RV campsite holder, our ticket office will be contacting you directly in order to complete your renewal. You will receive the 20% discount on your spot should you chose to participate in the renewal process.
Club Pocono Renewal Special Note
Club Pocono Ticket holders, You may have noticed some changes to this section in 2024. These include a ground level viewing option, additional seating and TV placements. In 2025 Club Pocono will be transitioning to a 3-Day Club ticket. This ticket will still include all the same great added value amenities as it does now such as a weekend R.E. Scanner rental as well as an infield parking pass. New for 2025 this ticket will also include Food & Beverage on Sunday. 2024 Club Pocono ticket holders will be contacted directly by our ticket office to complete your renewal if you choose. This process will take place in early August and will ensure each ticket holder is communicated to on an individual basis about the changes to this ticket option for 2025.

Yes. Renewal customers can take advantage of our 4-Payment plan. 25% percent is due upon renewal. The next 3 payments would be automatically charged to the card on account on the following dates: January 15, 2025, February 15, 2025, & March 15, 2025.

Am I able to add or remove seats during the renewal period?
Yes, When you are logged into your ticket account, on the renewal selection page there are options to add or remove seats at that time based on availability.
How do I request to move or upgrade my seats for 2025?
When you are logged into your ticket account, on the renewal selection page you will be able to see available seats that you may select in place of your original tickets. You may select from available seats. If you do not see exactly what you are looking for, once the renewal process is complete all renewal customers will be given the opportunity to move or upgrade their seats prior to general on-sale begins for the public.
Note: To request to add/move/upgrade a campsite or skybox tickets – add a note under the comment/special request box that you want to add/move/upgrade and a ticket representative will contact you in early 2025 to do so.

If you have both grandstand/club tickets and camping tickets, you will see two separate applications in the options, one for your seat tickets and one for your camping tickets.
