What is your favorite food to eat in America and at home?
At home it’s got to be macaroons (I’ll bring some to the track) as for America, many moons ago as a child on holiday in Florida, I discovered crispy bacon and jelly after the breakfast buffet also contained dessert and witnessing someone else combine them.
How did you become interested in racing?
With my parents being huge Senna fans while my grandfather would tell me stories of Jim Clark and Jackie Stewart, F1 has always been part of my life. Then, in 2006, I stumbled across the Indy 500 while flicking through channels and have been hooked on IndyCar ever since.
Who is your favorite driver and why?
All time it’s Jim Clark, I really have to say that considering that I went to his museum for my 18th birthday. In the race, it’s Marco Andretti and Will Power.
Have you ever been to Pocono Raceway in the past?
No
Why did you choose to come to Pocono Raceway?
I’ve got friends who have been attending the IndyCar races here for several years now.
How long have you been planning this trip?
Since January, but I have wanted to go to any IndyCar race for years now though.
Are you doing anything else in the United States during your stay?
Explore Boston, maybe try and catch The Backstreet Boys while they’re there if I can snag some tickets and just enjoy the road trip from there to the track.
What are you most excited for about race weekend?
Everything and anything. Attending an IndyCar race in person, camping at the track and just have a great weekend with my friends to be honest.
What is one cool fact or talent about yourself you would like to share?
I can turn a potato into something so sweet that it can put you into a sugar coma if you have too much.
