Kids Free Info
At Pocono Raceway we put kids first! That is why children ages 12 & under receive free admission each day of our NASCAR Race Weekend. That’s right, kids are FREE for even our NASCAR Cup Series Race.
Children, ages 12 and under, will receive FREE Admission to 100 and 200 levels of the Grandstand which includes Fan Fair, every day during our NASCAR Weekend. Children, ages 12 and under receive FREE Camping Admission as well.
How it works: Upon checkout of your 100 or 200 Level Ticket purchase, you may add on up to 4 Kids Free tickets with your purchase! On Sunday all seating is reserved and each child will receive a reserved seat ticket. For our Friday and Saturday events kids 12 and under DO NOT require a ticket and no additional steps are needed.

Kids Camp Free
Children, ages 12 and under, have and will continue to be free in all Pocono Raceway camping areas during NASCAR event weekends.
Additional tickets required for kids to enter such areas such as the Paddock+ area. All guests regardless of age must have a Paddock+ Pass to be in that area. Click Here to purchase Paddock+ Passes. GEICO Grandstand stand camping guests are required to purchase Sunday grandstand tickets, kids free would apply and you must add on reserved seats for your children through the normal purchasing process.

Pocono Mountains Activities & Welcome Center: Daily programming will take place for campers and guests of all ages! Drop-In Kids activities are available each day to drop in and participate in such as perler beads, legos and coloring. Pocono Mountains Activities and Welcome Center Schedule is Coming Soon!
Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital Inclusive Playground: The Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital Inclusive Playground is designed for children of all ages and abilities to learn, grow and play together. The nearly 5,000 square foot playground is recognized as a National Demonstration Site, making it one of top 100 inclusive playgrounds in the country. The playground is another amenity available to all camping guests during our major events weekends.

KIDS FREE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What events and access apply to the Kids Free At Pocono initiative?
Children, ages 12 and under, receive free gate admission to Pocono Raceway on all NASCAR event days . This includes Grandstand access to the 100 and 200 levels, as well as Fan Fair. Please be aware this free admission may not apply to all events taking place in Fan Fair and the Grandstand. Please contact our ticket office at 1-800-RACEWAY or email questions@poconoraceway.com if you have questions regarding specialty events as they are announced.
Do kids need a ticket and, if so, how many kids tickets can I select, per transaction?
For all Friday and Saturday NASCAR events, kids will be admitted free and will not require a ticket for gate admission. There is no limit to kids attending with an adult ticket holder.
On Sunday, children will be admitted free and they must have a reserved ticket. To receive a reserved kids tickets, FREE OF CHARGE, select the ‘Kids 12 and Under’ ticket during your online ticket purchase or mention it to us when calling 1-800-RACEWAY. You can select up to four, reserved kids tickets, per transaction.
Again, an adult ticket holder must accompany children for gate access and at all times while on Pocono Raceway property.
How does this apply to camping guests during race weekends?
Children, ages 12 and under, have and will continue to be free in Pocono Raceway camping areas during NASCAR event weekend. The only change will be for GEICO Grandstand Camping and Tent Camping guests, who are required to purchase a Sunday Grandstand ticket (see previous question for more.)
What tickets and/or passes are NOT included in the Kids Free at Pocono initiative?
The following tickets and/or passes are not part of the Kids Free at Pocono initiative and must be purchased at the advertised price, regardless of age: Sky Box, Club Pocono, Sunday Terrace Club, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 300-Level Grandstand, and Paddock Pass+ Tickets. When purchasing your tickets, please read the prices and information carefully as additional tickets may be added to this list as the NASCAR event draws closer. Note: If you received Sunday Grandstand tickets through promotional giveaways, the Kids Free offer does not apply.
My child is a member of Pocono Raceway’s Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital Kids Club. What is the difference between this Free Kids at Pocono Initiative and the Kids Club?
The Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital Kids Club is a membership program for children ages 14 and under. The perks which come along with the Kids Club membership include a membership badge, welcome bag and exclusive race weekend perks.
All attendees on Sunday, including children, must have a reserved ticket. This can be selected, free of charge, during the ticket purchase process online at or by calling 1-800-RACEWAY.

Can Free Sunday Kids Tickets be refunded, exchanged or resold on third-party websites?
Pocono Raceway’s ticket policy states that all ticket sales are final, there are no refunds and there are no exchanges. All tickets, including Free Sunday Kids Tickets, will be honored on the rescheduled race day, in the event of a delay or postponement. Special pricing on tickets for kids (ages 12 and under) is intended as a courtesy to Pocono Raceway’s young fans and their families. Abuse of this courtesy will be handled at the discretion of Pocono Raceway and may result in a ticket being revoked or forfeited.

In an effort to engage the youngsters and provide a family-friendly and fun day, Pocono Raceway hosts an Annual Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital Kids Day. We host a number of FREE activities including face painting, exhibits, photo booths, educational/community activities and more. All activities and entertainment are FREE for kids (ages 12 and under) and FREE for adults with a Saturday Gate Admission ticket.

The Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital Kids Zone is located in Fan Fair and includes tons of kid-friendly activities during our NASCAR Race Weekend.

Inclusive Playground
The Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital Inclusive Playground is designed for children of all ages and abilities to learn, grow and play together. The nearly 5,000 square foot playground is recognized as a National Demonstration Site, making it one of top 100 inclusive playgrounds in the country. The playground is another amenity available to all camping guests during our major events weekends.
Our Playground is also open to local residents and track visitors to use throughout from late April (weather permitting) through mid-to-late October, free of charge, during normal business hours.

Please Note: The playground may be open additional hours during the summer time. In addition, in some rare instances that there is a private event at the Raceway the playground may be closed without prior notice. Please call the number below ahead of time or check with our Gate 1 attendant.
Tricky’s Kit Kamp
Tricky’s Kit Kamp is located right inside of Gate 8 and is designed for our youngest fans of “The Tricky Triangle” to play and have some fun. Be on the lookout as this is one of our Mascot Tricky’s place to hang out during race weekend. If you see Tricky before sure to get a picture with him and ask for an autographed hero card!
Free Carnival
The carnival is once again coming to town during our NASCAR Race Weekend July 12-14. Free with a gate admission ticket, kids and families can expect some fun an exciting carnival games and rides such as: The Sizzler, The Cobra, Strawberry Patch Ride, Fire House Walk through (Parents & Kids), and Little Kids Car Ride, all to enjoy prior to the on-track racing entertainment.
Scout Day
Our 16th Annual Scout Day event this year will be Saturday, July 13th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. We welcome all Girls Scouts, Boy Scouts & Cub Scouts to join us for this great event.

History: The legend of Tricky is… The Mattioli Doctors took in Tricky when he was only a little kit. When Dr. Joe found him, Tricky was suffering from a terrible toothache. Being a dentist, Dr. Joe brought Tricky home and took care of his tiny little teeth. After getting his teeth fixed, Tricky told Dr. Rose the tale of how he lost his home. The Doctors, taken back by Tricky’s story, told him that he could live at the race track, and they would help him to reclaim the Poconos from trash through reducing, reusing, and recycling! Tricky now tries to teach race fans how to go green, because he knows “it’s not that tricky.”
