What is your favorite thing about your job?: Interacting with veterans and Gold Star families.
What is a fun fact about yourself?: Host and organizes events for Gold Star Family Community & Tuesday’s Children (9/11); From Central PA; Affiliated with track since 2000; Completed 2024 Boston Marathon; Competes in skeleton racing; Plays Baseball (2nd base and catcher)
What is your favorite memory from Pocono?:
Childhood memories of visiting Pocono with dad and having breakfast with the drivers; He brought back breakfast for Gold Star families to create similar memories- Brad Keselowski surprised Gold Star families by wrapping his car with the names of the fallen soldiers from those families- very prideful moment for Bittenbender
Sandy Deleon
Job Title: Executive Coordinator/ Human Resources

Favorite Thing about my Job: Over the years I worked in different departments and learned a lot. I truly enjoy my job, dealing with a variety of people and situations, it’s never a dull day 😊
Favorite Memory at Pocono: 2013 Party in the Poconos 400
During Kids Day, I handed fans free tickets for the Sunday Race, and they first thought I was scalping. I showed them my ID and explained it was 100% legitimate and we wanted to do this for them. They were so thankful!
Fun Fact: I love collecting designer bags.
George Ewald
Job Title: Vice President/Track Superintendent
Years employed: 54 years in October
Favorite driver: Ryan Blaney
What is your favorite thing about your job?: Addressing challenges and solving problems at the Raceway.
What is a fun fact about yourself?: Has been on 39 cruises, with his favorite destination being Ireland.
What is your favorite memory from Pocono?: Working with Dr. Joseph Mattioli on projects at the Raceway. Also really enjoyed boating with Dr. Mattioli when it wasn’t race season at the track.
Eric Flood
Job Title: Director, Partnership Sales

What is your favorite thing about your job?: Building relationships with my partners, and helping them build brand loyalty with our fans.
What is your favorite memory from Pocono?: Playing whiffle ball in the infield as a kid and then coming back to work here full time.
What is a fun fact about yourself?: I really enjoy to travel with my wife in our free time and hang out with my dog. Big hunter as well.
Roger Green

What is your favorite memory from Pocono?: The people- working with a great team as well as other people, sometimes from different places around the country.
What is a fun fact about yourself?: I have a farm with 15 Black Angus and one bull (named King because he was tagged with the number 43).
Kayla Houser

What is your favorite thing about your job? Getting feedback from fans on how we helped them with a great experience.
What is your favorite memory at Pocono? 2023 Sell Out and our biggest 50/50 Raffle jackpot amount with over $63K
What is a fun fact, hobby, or anything else you would like to share? Going to Country concerts, visiting my family in Myrtle Beach, SC
Brittney Krueger
Job Title: Manager, Camping & Ticketing Services
Name: Brittney Krueger

Main Roles: Seasonal Renewals, Manage RV/Camping Registration on Race Weekends, Assist customers in purchasing tickets and camping.
Favorite Driver: Austin Dillon
What is your favorite thing about your job?: Race Weekends – seeing and being part of all the hard work that goes into making the weekend exciting for our fans! I love roaming the camping areas and seeing and interacting with fans!
What is your favorite memory at Pocono?: Favorite fan moment at Pocono is attending races as a kid with my family and going into the pits for the first time. As an employee, I have many, but one of my favorites was inviting my best friend, who was not a race fan, out to a race and seeing her reaction to everything going on! (She loved it!)
What is a fun fact, hobby, or anything else you would like to share?: Outside of work, I love reading, spending time with my daughter and family, going to other racetracks and seeing new places!
JJ LaRose
Job Title: Director, Partnership Sales

Favorite driver: Daniel Hemric
What is your favorite thing about your job?: Introducing the fan base to partners and vice versa.
What is a fun fact about yourself?: Sporting Clay State Champion in High School.
What is your favorite memory from Pocono?: When Dale Jr. Swept in 2014 that was my favorite driver growing up and that was my first year at the Raceway.
Dave Richards
Job Title: Fire Chief
Years employed: 23
Main Roles: Supervision of nearly 200 firefighters that staff the raceway for our annual NASCAR event and staffing of fire safety personnel for our day to day lease events, overall safety of our customers and patrons during events at the facility, and ensure all fire rescue staff members conduct their required annual fire safety training, along with our Training Coordinator and his staff.
Favorite Driver: Joey Logano
What is your favorite thing about your job? The feeling we get that we are one big family, and the camaraderie within our group.
What is your favorite memory at Pocono? 2 memories, being named Fire Chief by the Igdalsky and Mattioli families & getting a ride in an Indy Car.
What is a fun fact, hobby, or anything else you would like to share? Being part of the Pocono Raceway family is about as fun fact as you can get. With 55 years in the fire service and 39 previous years in the Telecommunication industry, working for the Igdalsky and Mattioli families is one of the greatest jobs anyone could ask for. Great People, Great Bosses, Great times.
Kevin Teel
Job Title: Director, Marketing & Digital
Years employed: 12
Main Roles: Create and execute our marketing and digital strategies at the Raceway including social media, website and all other digital forms we communicate with fans, partners and teams. Organize our fan experience schedule such as driver appearances, entertainment and more.
Favorite Driver: Ricky Stenhouse Jr.
What is your favorite thing about your job? Telling the story of the Raceway and our NASCAR Race Weekend in a digital form for fans to enjoy and consume whether they are here at the Raceway or at home somewhere else in the world.
What is your favorite memory at Pocono? 2018- Infield Block Party. Both Dale Jr and my favorite band, The Dangerous Summer, played at our Infield Block Party.
What is a fun fact, hobby, or anything else you would like to share? In my free time I enjoy going on long walks with my dog and wife, maybe dropping a line in a creek or the kayak in the lake, always attend my favorite concerts when they come to town and a cold Busch Light is always nice every now & then.
Ginny Terry
Job Title: Mountains Concessions, Catering and Hospitality Manager
Years employed: 30+
Started at Pocono in Ticket office and then with Media Relations/Credentials
Currently during NASCAR season – Corporate Hospitality
Favorite Driver: Dale Jarrett
Favorite Memory: Too many, but one was “back in the day” – Dale Jarrett #88, won the 1995 PA 500 race here at Pocono and Bob Pleban (former – VP at Pocono) arranged to have him (Dale Jarrett) give me a hug and have my picture taken with him in the media center while he was doing post-race interview.
Favorite Thing About My Job: Not only do I work at the Raceway, also do Events at our sister Company – Pocono Organics
Fun Fact – Don’t think most people know that I have my pilot’s license.
Patti Angeloni Welsh
Job Title: Vice President, Credentials
Years employed: 30
Main Roles: Making sure our guests, partners, teams, media, vendors, staff, etc, have the proper credentials and access to ensure a logistically pleasant visit to our facility. Getting around a venue this size with ease keep everyone smiling!
Favorite Driver: Too many!
What is your favorite thing about your job? Race weekend. Seeing old friends and making new. It’s like family coming home to visit!
What is your favorite memory at Pocono? Again, too many to choose just one – but helping Make-A-Wish children’s dreams come true will always be close to my heart! Especially, taking a very special boy named Ryan to meet his favorite driver Rusty Wallace. Rusty autographed his wheelchair in gold sharpie and was everything Ryan hoped he would be! So grateful to be part of that wonderful moment.
What is a fun fact, hobby, or anything else you would like to share? We were asked for suggestions to name Tricky’s play area behind the Grandstands. I submitted “Tricky’s Kit Kamp” and it was chosen. Makes me smile every time I see the sign hanging over Tricky’s Kit Kamp!
