THE POCONO RACEWAY RACE FAN CONTEST
OFFICIAL RULES
The Pocono Raceway Race Fan Contest (the “Contest”) giveaway is offered only in the United States and is open only
to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The contest is subject to all
applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees (as well as their immediate family members, parents, children, siblings, spouse and others living in their
same household, whether related or not) of the Released Parties are not eligible to enter the Contest.
How to enter: To enter the Contest please use official entry form on www.PoconoRaceway.com. No purchase
necessary. Entries must be received before May 30th, 2022 at 11:59:59 PM ET. Winner scheduled to be drawn June
7th, 2022. All entries become the property of the Released Parties and will not be returned. The Released Parties,
their affiliates, and each of their respective, employees, shareholders, officers, directors, members, successor,
agents, licensors, and assigns are not responsible for lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, late, damaged,
destroyed, or delayed entries. Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, members of the Released Parties shall
be ineligible for entry.
Prizes/Odds of Winning: Grand Prize: One (1) winner will be selected to receive a Kyle Larson autographed hat, a
Chase Elliott autographed hat, a William Byron autographed hat, an Alex Bowman autographed hat, a Jeff Gordon
autographed hat, two (2) seats for the Hendrick Motorsports Fan Experience, a $100 Pocono Raceway gift card, and
officially licensed Pocono Raceway merchandise. Prizes courtesy of Hendrick Motorsports, LLC and Pocono
International Raceway Inc. All unspecified expenses are winner’s sole responsibility. No prize substitution or cash
equivalent of prize. No prize transfer. No prize redemption after July 7th, 2022. Odds of winning are determined by
the total number of entries received.
General Conditions: By entering the Contest, entrants accept and agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of
the Released Parties which are final and binding in all respects. Winner announced on the website
www.PoconoRaceway.com. In the event of non-compliance with requirements or if prize notification is returned as
undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. By participating and submitting an
entry to the Contest, entrant agrees that the Released Parties are authorized to contact entrant via email, mail,
phone or any other form of media to make entrant aware of information pertinent to the Contest, and to distribute
information regarding the Released Parties featured products, special events or promotional offers, or coupons.
Entrants may opt-out of any further email communication at any time by simply replying REMOVE or UNSUBCRIBE to
any email message, or following the provided opt-out instructions at the Released Parties’ privacy statements,
available at each of their respective websites located at www.jeffgordon.com, www.hendrickmotorsports.com, and
www.poconoraceway.com. Entrants have the right to withdraw and correct their personal data, but entrants are
not allowed to re-submit their entries.
Hold Harmless: By accepting the Contest prize, except where prohibited by law, winners agree to the use of his or
her name and photograph for advertising/publicity purposes without further compensation or notice. By
participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Hendrick Motorsports, LLC, Kyle Larson, Chase Elliott,
William Byron, Alex Bowman, Jeff Gordon, Inc., Jeff Gordon, Pocono International Raceway Inc., their affiliates and
each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, shareholders, members, successors,
agents, licensors, and assigns (collectively, the ”Released Parties”) from any and all liability arising from
participating in the Contest and/or acceptance, possession or use/misuse of prize, regardless of whether such claims
are founded in whole or part upon alleged negligence, gross negligence or willful misconduct of any of the Released
Parties. The Released Parties reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in their
sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest; to be in violation of the
Official Rules, or to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any
other person. Any activities intended to disrupt or interfere with the proper play of the contest or defraud the
Released Parties in any way will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The Contest is subject to all
applicable laws of the United States.
Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information,
including, without limitation, that which is caused by web site users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment
or programming associated with or utilized in the contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the
processing of entries in the Contest. The Released Parties assume no responsibilities for any error, omission,
interruption, deletion, or defection, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or
destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries in processing the Contest entries. The Released Parties
are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line
systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or entrants on accounts of technical
problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site associated with the Contest. The Released Parties
are not responsible for user cheating or fraud by any entrants. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of
running as planned, including, without limitation, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other
causes beyond the control of the Released Parties, that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness,
integrity or proper conduct of the contest, then the Released Parties may, in its sole discretion, cancel the Contest.
The Released Parties reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
